Exclusive solar leads and booked site visits. No retainers, no lock-in.
Revena Media is a lead generation company built for local, service-based businesses. We run the advertising, build the funnels and verify the enquiries, then hand them to the business that does the work.
We specialise in solar and battery installers. That focus is deliberate. Knowing one industry properly means we understand what a good lead looks like in it, which questions actually predict a sale, and why a homeowner in Adelaide asks different things to one in Darwin.
Revena Media was founded by Rylan, who is 20 and has spent that time working around local service businesses rather than inside agencies. The same frustration came up again and again with the owners he worked with: good operators, genuinely good at the work, signing a monthly retainer with a marketing company and not being able to point to a single job that came from it.
The pattern was familiar. A retainer gets signed. A dashboard gets sent. Impressions climb, clicks climb, somebody mentions brand awareness, and the phone rings about as often as it did before. Ask about actual jobs and the conversation turns to attribution and giving it another quarter.
"These businesses were paying for effort. Nobody was selling them outcomes. That's the part I wanted to change."
Rylan, FounderPay-per-lead was the model that fit. Rather than charging for marketing activity, charge for the thing an installer actually wants: a real person who owns a roof, wants a quote and is expecting a call. It's a far more honest unit to sell, and it's much harder to hide behind.
Solar turned out to be the clearest fit. Job values are high, so a handful of closes covers the cost of a pack of leads comfortably. Demand keeps growing as power prices climb and storage shifts from an upgrade to an expectation. And the industry is crowded with shared, resold leads, which makes genuine exclusivity worth something.
It's also an industry where speed decides the outcome. Homeowners request several quotes and tend to go with whoever calls back first. That is a solvable problem, and solving it is more useful than another report about impressions.
We run the ads and the funnel, verify every lead by SMS, and send it to your phone while the customer is still looking. You set the postcodes you service and a monthly cap you can realistically call. If a lead doesn't meet the standard we agreed, you aren't charged for it.
Leads are bought in packs and paid upfront. We also have cashflow-friendly options if paying for a full pack in one go doesn't suit your business, so tell us what works and we'll structure it around that.
We cap how many installers we supply in each market. That limits how large we can get in any one area, and it's deliberate, because selling the same postcodes to four businesses makes the leads worth less to all of them.
If your team can't reliably get to the phone inside a few minutes, we also offer a appointments where we call, qualify and book the appointment, and you just turn up and close.
Leads are what we're known for, but they're only part of the job. Once the phone is busy, what costs installers work is everything around it: a website a homeowner doesn't trust, calls going to voicemail while you're on a roof, a Google rating that hasn't moved in years. So we build websites and AI systems too.
We have run lead generation across both B2C and B2B, including a few specialist B2B niches, which is where the standard came from. Different industries, same principle: exclusive, verified, and priced per lead rather than per month.
Three things that decide how we do everything else.
A retainer bills for activity. A lead is a thing you can count, call and close.
Every lead is sold once. We cap providers per market even though it caps our own growth.
If pay-per-lead isn't right for your business, we'll tell you before you spend anything.
Happy to talk it through, or send pricing without a call. Whatever suits.
Five quick questions, then we quote your market. No call required.
